Job Description

Canadian Executive Search Group , a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions , is currently hiring for Warehouse Janitorial Staff in the Madison, Alabama area.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  
• 3rd Shift 10 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

Pay Rate:

• Starting at $16.50/hr
  
• Paid Each Friday (1st week "in the hole")

Job Duties:

• Cleans all areas of plant
  
• Proper cleaning and handling of bodily fluids i.e. blood, feces, phlegm, urine, vomit
  
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment
  
• Responsible for Disinfecting & Sanitizing all areas, including cafeteria, restrooms, common areas, entry doors, etc.
  
• Removing/picking up trash and waste and transporting to appropriate areas for disposal
  
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, & writing)
  
• Valid/current Driver’s License or ID
  
• Must have reliable transportation
  
• PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST - on time arrival for each shift, ready to work
  
• PERFECT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST- shows up each day for work as scheduled
  
• Great Attitude, Positive and Pleasant Demeanor
  
• Readily follows verbal and written instructions
  
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (with current non-expired documentation)
  
• Warehouse janitorial, custodial experience preferred
  
• One year experience in a janitorial, custodial environment
  
• Demonstrates experience and ability to operate large cleaning machinery
  
• Must be able to pass pre-screening criminal background check and drug test
  
• Safety Training is required prior to assignment
  
• Must attend early morning orientation and training prior to assigned shift
  
• Integrity - Work Ethic, arrives for assigned shift on time and ready to work
