Commanders Intent:

• Veteran Advocacy: You are a champion for veterans, dedicated to connecting them with fulfilling career opportunities that leverage their skills and experience.
  
• Building Relationships: You excel at establishing strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of hiring veterans.
  
• Sales Excellence: You are a results-oriented individual with a relentless drive to exceed sales targets and secure new client partnerships.
  
• Effective Communication: You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate the benefits of our services and present compelling sales pitches.
  
• Closing the Deal: You are a master negotiator, able to overcome objections and win over new clients by demonstrating the win-win proposition of partnering with Veteran Hiring Solutions.
  

Performance-Based Rewards:

This is a remote, contract-based (1099) role. Your compensation will be directly tied to your performance, with uncapped earning potential based on the number of new client partnerships you secure.

You will be mentored by one of our Founders, Justin Henderson. He is a Marine with over 18 years of experience in this role and industry.
