Training Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

· Training Delivery: Conduct New Hire Orientation training sessions, on-the-job training, and hands-on demonstrations to all employees.

· Training Program Development: Develop, update, and/or review training for manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

· Job Shadowing: Manufacturing knowledge in assigned areas is a must. This position will job shadow in assigned manufacturing areas to understand applicable processes and training needs.

· Needs Assessment: Work with department managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the team.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training tasks, participant progress, qualification, and certifications within the learning management system.

· Compliance: Ensure all training materials and programs comply with company policies.

· Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Manufacturing Managers, Area Supervisors, Quality, and Safety teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and safety standards.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

· Safety: Must conform to all safety regulations and/or procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

· Additional: Will perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills Required:

  • Experience: Associate degree and minimum of two years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
  • Must be self-directed and manage competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.

This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $60,000.00, to $70,000.00 depending on education and experience
