They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their fast-growing team! This Accounts Receivable Specialist will be joining a team that is looking for a self-motivated team member. This company offers remote work options after training in-office.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist position is a great opportunity with a company that is expecting rapid growth in the construction industry in the upcoming years. The qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist will have experience with a large portfolio of business-to-business collections over $1 million.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review aging reports to retrieve payment on past due and current accounts from businesses/customers
• Monitor receivable balances and review billing data for discrepancies
• Handle large portfolio of business-to-business collections over $5 million
• Work with other departments to resolve any discrepancies and provide solutions
• Prepare statements for outstanding receivables

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirement:

• 2+ years of AR/accounting experience
• Portfolio of $1 million business-to-business collection
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
