Responsibilities:

As a Supply Planner/Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing the supply replenishment of a diverse range of products. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute replenishment plans that support sales and operational planning (S&OP) objectives.
Managing purchase order activities across product lines within defined transportation and inventory budgets.
Owning key performance indicators related to vendor performance and conducting regular supplier reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and external vendors to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
Aligning vendor capabilities with organizational requirements and fostering strong relationships to drive mutual success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, S&OP, Financial Acumen.
Skills: Analytical, Communication, Negotiation, Problem-Solving.
Abilities: Decision-Making, Leadership, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant experience in supply chain roles may substitute formal education.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory planning. Proven success in vendor management and contributing to S&OP processes.
