Site Supervisor - High-Rise Condo Complex

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious high-rise condominium complex in Sunny Isles Beach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.

Schedule:  

• Saturday and Sunday -7a-3p
• Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday - 3p-11p

Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
  • Supervise a team of 8 employees, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Review and approve timesheets and expense reports.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Property Manager.
  • Manage resident complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.
• Security and Safety:
  • Conduct after-hours checks to ensure the security of the property and its residents.
  • Respond to emergencies and security incidents as needed.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in a high-rise residential setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pays $ 23.00 to $ 24.00 
• Potential for a pay increase after 90 days.
