Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
Configure and customize the SAP FICO module to meet the specific needs of the business.
Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, including analyzing and resolving system errors and data issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP FICO processes and best practices.
Stay current with SAP FICO technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the SAP FICO environment and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 10 years in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP FICO module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.
Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including creating and maintaining master data, financial statements, and controlling processes.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ASAP methodology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Knowledge of financial reporting and planning tools.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
