Job Description

We are a fast-growing real estate wholesaling company that has done over 1.2 million on assignment of contracts with direct-to-seller acquisitions remotely in 2024. Our plan is to break the 3 million by the end of 2025. We are looking for a Sales/Lead Manager who can work with our experienced acquisitions team of 5 and 10 cold callers. Our goal is to double or triple our sales staff with the right Sales/Lead Manager. In addition, our team consists of 1 full-time underwriter, 1 full-time transaction coordinator, 1 full-time administrator assistant / Dispositions Manager, and lastly, an executive assistant. We are seeking to hire a high-energy, ambitious sales professional who can lead a sales floor. We are looking for quality, not quantity. • Keeping acquisitions, dispositions and cold callers accountable
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Keeping track of bonuses and incentives
• Providing sales reports
• Providing consistent sales training
• Quality Control on ACQ and cold callers
• Micromanaging sales offer calls
• Mastering offer calls
• Working with the executive team
• Identifying under-performance
• Understanding systems
