Job Description

Vertical Limit Aviation is looking for qualified Pilots.  VLA has an ENG position, and CFI/CFII positions available.  Qualified candidates needed to provide quality instruction, at the same time be motivated, professional; possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Safety and customer/student satisfaction will be priority. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and honest. Benefits available.

• Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance w/ 61 and 141 programs
• Provide quality instruction, support for students and maintain training records
• Ensure that CFI's are proficient and passes a proficiency check every 12 months
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management for flight instruction and ENG
• Ensure compliance for Standard Operational Guidelines for all flights
• Ensure compliance and currency for 141 program
• Must complete Annual & Bi-Annual flight reviews
• Occasional travel may be required
• Clean aircraft
• Take payment for sales as needed
• Marketing and other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must meet all Part 141 qualifications 

2. SFAR 73 Requirements met and current in R-44 and R-22

3. Must complete a flight and ground review prior to being hired

4. Valid Drivers’ License, Birth Certificate or Passport

5. Hold and maintain a CFI, CFII in rotorcraft

6. Current 2 nd Class medical
