(Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Meditech or HCA experience · Bed side case management experience at least 1 year · Post acute care knowledge Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Meditech/Midas or HCA experience · Throughput experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Discharge planning and progression · Hard conversations with family, patients and open discussion with MD for plans of care Best personality Fit: · Strong personality to have hard conversations · Adaptable and proactive Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - Navy with white lab coat · Business casual with white lab coat, closed toe shoes, no crocs, no fake nails Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. · · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
