We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join the Great Lakes Auto Group. This person will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, and must have great customer service and organizational skills. The Receptionist is responsible for providing accurate directions, handling customer inquiries, and providing support for the team. Compensation & Schedule: This is a full-time position (30-40 hours per week) and the pay is $16-$18/hr. based on experience. Candidate MUST have weekend and evening availability. Responsibilities:

• Welcomes visitors and customers by greeting them in person and on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Maintains customer service standards by monitoring and evaluating visitors experiences
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
