Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage budgets, develop subcontract scopes, and ensure project lifecycle success from inception to closeout.
Team Leadership: Train, manage, and support site staff to deliver on project goals and client expectations.
Design Coordination: Direct design efforts, ensuring compliance with project milestones and client specifications.
Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project schedules and oversee the submission of project-specific documents.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Client Engagement: Represent the company in client meetings, fostering strong relationships and strategic growth.
Requirements

Education: Graduation from a four or five-year accredited program in Engineering or Architecture; Licensed Engineer or Architect preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years managing construction projects, including at least 5 years managing projects near $1M each.
Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, RMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
