We are looking for a talented PeopleSoft Application Developer who can blend technical skill with creativity to build efficient and user-friendly applications. In this role, you'll be a key part of a collaborative development team, helping to deliver tools that positively impact the intelligence community.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to design and deploy applications and workflows using a low-code platform, focusing on user-centric design.
Work alongside client-facing change managers and digital transformation consultants to implement a comprehensive program that includes multiple integrations and data processing capabilities.
Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions for complex production challenges.
Assist in analyzing information requirements and managing datasets.
Support senior team members in developing high-quality code that meets client specifications.
Qualifications:
Required:
2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Lean UX, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred:
Experience with PeopleSoft training and Oracle/SQL commands.
Knowledge of design and process documentation.
Experience in unit testing IT applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to create user stories and acceptance criteria.
ICAgile or Agile certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Candidates selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including holding a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
