We are currently seeking part-time servers to join our team at Sycamore Reserve Senior Living community. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents during meal times.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting residents and assisting them to their tables
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals and beverages in a timely manner
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next meal
- Ensuring a clean and orderly dining area
- Communicating any resident feedback or concerns to management
- Following all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
