Job Title: Online Chat Agent (Entry-Level)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Online Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
· Provide accurate information about products and services
· Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
· Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics
Requirements:
· 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
· Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
· Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with chat software and technology
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
· Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
