Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina, located in the historic Jeffries Point neighborhood of East Boston, is seeking a year-round Marine Equipment Operator. Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina is a large waterfront facility with mixed-use buildings, commercial piers, and an active marina. This job offers a great opportunity to be a part of Ocean Havens, as it is a fast-growing team in an exciting industry! We are seeking someone with experience in operating a variety of equipment such as a travel lift, forklift, hydraulic trailer, crane, boats, trucks with trailers, and a variety of power tools. Duties include, but are not limited to, safely launching power and sailboats, moving boats both within the yard and on the water dock, yard maintenance, and assisting where needed. Must be able to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying during the job process and always maintain awareness of and consistently practice safe work habits.
