Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support personal and professional growth for clients and employees.
• Help clients define their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions to promote self-discovery, team dynamics, and collaborative growth.
• Provide tools and strategies for managing stress, improving work-life balance, and enhancing emotional intelligence.
• Evaluate clients' progress and adjust coaching techniques as needed to ensure their ongoing development.
• Maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients while fostering a positive coaching relationship.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate coaching initiatives that align with the company culture and values.

Requirements

• Certified Life Coach with relevant training and qualifications; additional certifications in related fields (such as counseling or psychology) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, mentorship, or counseling roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, group discussions, or training sessions effectively.
• Ability to assess individual needs and tailor coaching strategies accordingly.
• Understanding of workplace dynamics and commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
