Role Legal Operations and Support Consultant

Location Day one Onsite to Alameda CA (No Hybrid/Remote)

This is a short-term contract position for an IT consultant preferably with experience working in customer support specializing in business applications preferably legal apps NetDocuments and Agiloft CLM. The position requirements are as below:

Responsibilities

• Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business applications like NetDocuments.
• Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors.
• Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users issues.
• Handle difficulties patiently on urgent basis.
• Participate in testing whenever required.
• Team player and able to follow the instructions provided.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult clients patiently.
• Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• This is an On-Site contract role.
