Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Assistant-Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communciation skills, a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary Requiremens:

* 3+ Years experience preferred
* Ability to support multiple attorneys
* Calendaring case deadlines including but not limited to discovery deadlines, court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
* Open new files, run conflicts checks, and maintain all client and general files electronically
* Schedule hearings with opposing counsel and court staff
* State and Federal filing preferred
* Make appointments and travel arrangements; maintain calendar and deadline reminder system
* Draft correspondence
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Interact with clients in a professional manner
* Other administrative duties as assigned
