Job Description

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth
Remove weeds and dead plants
Monitor and maintain plant health
Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves
Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs
Participate in maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, furniture, and walkways
Water gardens, lawns and landscapes
Conduct general maintenance duties

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role a plus
Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
Knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and creative skills
Good stamina and physical health
A valid driver’s license
