Dispatcher for HVAC & Plumbing Services

Are you an experienced dispatcher with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have a background in the home services industry, specifically HVAC and plumbing? AirWorks is looking for a talented and organized Dispatcher to join our team!

Position: Dispatcher

Hourly Rate: $18-$25 (Depending on Experience), with bonus opportunities available!

Location: Camarillo, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians and plumbers for service calls.
• Coordinate return trips with customers and technicians to complete jobs.
• Manage purchase order processes and maintain accurate records.
• Keep schedules up-to-date and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Review and prepare service orders and invoices.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a must.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the service area.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and related equipment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle conflict.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, or weekends if needed.
• Call-by-call or sales training experience is a plus for additional earning opportunities.
