Key Responsibilities:

Client Development:

Build and nurture relationships with senior-level clients in the Manufacturing and CPG industries.
Offer retained and contained search services, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement:

Identify and engage top-tier executive talent within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate identification to placement.
Consultative Approach:

Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition and market trends.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute on client objectives and exceed expectations.
Performance and Results:

Achieve annual billing targets, demonstrating a track record of $400K++ billings in executive search.
Drive revenue growth through effective client management and successful placements.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of proven success in executive search with a focus on Supply Chain or Manufacturing sectors.
Strong portfolio of billings exceeding $400K annually.
Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional client relationship management skills with a client-first mentality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
Additional Requirements:

Remote work capability with willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
