Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician for our client in Santa Ana, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading provider of collectibles

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Salary: $26-$28 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure quality production and equipment longevity.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery.
• Troubleshoot and address unplanned maintenance issues as they arise.
• Implement machine upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish standard maintenance procedures and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills (email, Google Suite, Microsoft).
• Advanced mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude; familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-focused, and able to work in deadline-sensitive environments.
