Are you looking to kickstart your career in property inspections? Continuum Co. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Field Inspector! This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, travel to different locations, and play an essential role in maintaining properties. As a Junior Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site property inspections, identifying repair and maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with property covenants. You will follow a set inspection checklist to methodically assess each property, document findings, and provide photographic evidence. Travel to different locations throughout the Maryland region will be a regular part of the job, along with follow-up inspections and attending hearings to support violation findings. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of properties, focusing on repair needs, maintenance issues, and covenant compliance.
• Follow a standardized checklist to ensure all required areas are assessed during inspections.
• Take clear and accurate photographs of property conditions and areas of concern.
• Document all findings, including written reports and photo logs.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure violations or repairs are addressed.
• Attend hearings to provide support and evidence for property violations as needed.
• Communicate with property managers and other relevant team members regarding inspection results and any immediate concerns.
• Travel to various properties as required, maintaining a professional and punctual schedule.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols during inspections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow methodical processes.
• Basic understanding of property maintenance, repairs, covenant regulations, or any certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to different sites.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and digital cameras for capturing and reporting data.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
