A successful Building Custodian demonstrates a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment while effectively communicating with colleagues and supervisors. They take initiative in addressing maintenance needs and solving problems, provide excellent customer service to facility users, collaborate with principals and staff to resolve issues promptly, and show a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
