This position requires you to be 21+ years of age.
We are looking for a retail cannabis dispatch delivery person. Responsibilities would include taking phone orders and online orders. The dispatch person will fill all delivery orders, contact customers for confirmation, complete all paperwork for the drivers and update customer profiles as needed. This is cannabis so we follow strict regulations and there are multiple steps in order for the order to leave the premises. The job would require you to become familiar with the products we carry and the proper procedure for filling an order. You must be able to communicate effectively and politely to customers. You must have good computer skills and be able to navigate our website to get answers for customers on products. Must be comfortable wearing a headset and multi-tasking. Must be very detail ordinated and able to follow instructions on exact procedures for delivery.
This job would be 20 - 40 hours per week. We are looking for multiple candidates for this position.
