What You'll Do:
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with key partners in healthcare, clinical, and medical devices sectors.
Drive Go-to-Market Success: Create and implement joint business plans with partners, focusing on shared goals and market strategies. Drive revenue through regular pipeline reviews and assessments.
Lead and Manage Programs: Oversee initiatives like demand generation, account mapping, and enablement activities. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
Engage and Advocate: Work with partner sales teams and their customers to identify and create revenue opportunities. Promote the value of our solutions both internally and to clients.
Enhance and Train: Improve partner solutions with ongoing training and enablement. Position us as the top choice for supply chain solutions.
Ensure Compliance and Report: Monitor partner adherence to program rules. Deliver business reviews and updates to both internal and senior partner leaders.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years in partner development or alliances management within the software/tech industry. Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
Skills: Strong technical and analytical abilities, with experience in SaaS or cloud-based technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a good grasp of supply chain technologies (e.g., Warehouse Management, Order Management).
Relationship Building: Established connections with potential supply chain partners. Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams and levels.
Additional Experience: Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
