Job Overview: Operations Own the onboarding process of a significant pipeline of new client orders. Implement and drive existing policies, best practices, workflows, and procedures. Enhance operations in key areas such as performance, profitability, efficiency, process management, productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, ensuring these improvements are both sustainable and replicable. Develop and execute strategic plans and tactics, managing all aspects of operations, personnel, and projects to achieve high performance, efficient field operations, exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Be a role model in consistently upgrading operations, fostering stronger customer relationships, refining processes, enhancing efficiencies, improving key performance indicators, boosting performance and profitability, increasing revenue, and elevating training standards. Formulate and implement a growth strategy to build a repeatable and sustainable operational framework and excel in operational management. Advocate for and apply the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), promoting a culture of ownership and ongoing enhancement. Make the most of existing technologies, recommend enhancements, and explore new technological solutions. Ensure a robust operational framework that is well-equipped to handle surges in organic sales growth efficiently. Leadership Recruit, train, retain, mentor, and motivate each team member to create highly effective, motivated, results-driven teams focusing on safety, efficiency, productivity, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction, all while delivering top-notch services. Engage in active communication and collaboration with senior management and other departments for strategic decision-making, including organic growth and fostering high-performance teams across departments. Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Implement feedback systems to gauge client satisfaction and pinpoint improvement areas. Financial Oversight Oversee all financial elements, including estimates, profit and loss, budgets, reporting, scheduling, materials, labor, administrative tasks, purchasing, equipment, performance tracking, and corrective actions to enhance revenue, growth, and profitability. Work with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability. Implement cost-saving strategies to optimize resource use and maximize profit margins. Requirements:

  • Willing to be based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
  • Able to travel by air and land regularly.
  • Fit to be present and visible in the field with our system-wide operations leaders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with a strong preference for an MBA.
  • At least ten years of senior leadership experience in an enterprise-level service business with revenues exceeding 100MM annually.
  • Prior management experience in soft-services is preferrable.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Comprehensive experience in implementing EOS in a similar setting.
