Job Description

Job Summary: Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview seeks a driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a leader in the automotive industry, we provide our customers with exceptional service and top-of-the-line vehicles. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective customer service and business development strategies. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $85,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow customer base
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to vehicle purchase
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with sales team to reach sales goals and provide support as needed
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and document activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition
• Participate in sales events and promotions
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and improvement in processes and sales techniques

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of BDC Manager experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
