The Cuisine:

Alfred Portale will lead the culinary direction as the Chef managing Partner. The uniquely crafted menu hones in on a specialty to set the tone for the fine dining experience. Building off the foundation of offering specialized meats, Sartiano’s establishes itself as an authentic Italian restaurant.

The Role:

The bartender prepares all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar service and guests. Engages with guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations and provide positive guest experience.

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years bartending experience
• Passion for food and beverage operations
• Proficient knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all tines
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
