• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and expense reporting
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
